General Terms and Conditions of Use for Pharmatools RH

1. Preamble

These general conditions govern the use of the SaaS platform "Pharmatools RH," operated by Play Digital Sàrl, intended for professionals in the pharmaceutical sector for recruitment and human resources management. By using our platform, the user acknowledges and accepts these conditions without reservation.

2. Description of the Offer

Pharmatools RH offers a recruitment management solution, compatible with all the needs of community pharmacies and laboratories. Two offers are available: a free formula and a premium formula "Pharmatools Pro."

Free Offer

  • Free publication of up to 3 advertisements on the site
  • Access to the candidate management database
  • Access to email support
  • Ability to view candidate profiles

Pharmatools Premium Offer

  • Unlimited advertisement publication
  • Early access to updates and new features
  • Automatic multiposting on major partner job boards
  • Advanced visibility and performance statistics
  • Priority support (email & phone)
  • Pricing according to the indications on the website: price/month/advertisement with the possibility of à la carte options (personalized candidate search, ad highlighting, etc.)

3. Platform Access

Access is gained via registration and creation of a user account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Access to certain features may require subscription to the paid offer.

4. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

  • Use the platform in accordance with current regulations
  • Respect the confidentiality of candidate data
  • Publish only truthful and non-misleading advertisements
  • Not impair the proper functioning or security of the platform

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

Under the free offer, the user may:

  • Retain limited access (consultation of old profiles and archives)
  • Benefit from promotional offers for migration to the Pro formula
  • Subscribe to the professional version at any time, according to the displayed price list Payment is made monthly or annually by credit card or SEPA transfer. Prices are displayed in Swiss Francs, excluding taxes.

6. Duration and Termination

Free access is limited to 3 published advertisements. Beyond this, access is restricted without switching to the Pro version. Termination can be carried out at any time from the user area. No refund is granted for any period already started.

7. Data Protection

Pharmatools RH commits to complying with data protection legislation (GDPR, Swiss nLPD). Data is hosted in Switzerland and will never be transmitted to third parties without explicit consent.

8. Intellectual Property

The content, name, structure, and features of the Pharmatools RH platform are the exclusive property of Play Digital Sàrl. Any reproduction, representation, or exploitation without authorization is prohibited.

9. Liability

Pharmatools RH cannot be held responsible for misuse of the platform, illicit publications, or service interruptions beyond its control.

10. Modifications

Pharmatools RH reserves the right to modify its general conditions at any time. Users will be informed by email or online notification.
